Welcome to a slow stitcher and vintage lovers blog where all things are possible and whimsical. Creating is in my soul and so is treasure hunting for gorgeous old fabrics, buttons, linens & threads. There is something about truffling at vintage fairs for beautiful haberdashery and fabric. I adore the seasons, the hygge & cosy of Winter, the awakening of Spring, the changes of colours and crunching of leaves in Autumn and the bees, butterflies and ocean sounds of Summer. Enjoy XX

How to Embroider a French Knot || KIN DIY
Good morning all
Well although I have shown you a video on French Knots before I have been asked again and again as some of you can not get the knack.
I love French Knots they are versatile and when you do get the hang of it, they are a really easy stitch
and they look amazing in a cluster. They can be tiny flowers or you can fill in a tree with them or do a flower border background with them.
This is a great little video by KIN DIY and I think because how close the camera work is and how slow she shows you, you will really get it this time.
Have a great weekend and of course Happy Stitching!
