Fabulous vintage fabric finds!

Good morning!

A while back I told you all that I went to the lovely Donna Flower vintage shop opening, and also that I had bought some wonderful vintage fabrics.

I bought two that are early 1900 and have the most beautiful colours with the unmistakable faded hues and two pieces of my beloved paisley's..... they are around 1940/50.

I am not sure what to make with them yet but I am having fun doodling ideas.  The two older ones are in pinks and creams and are simply stunning.

This is my beloved bundle of vintage fabrics!

This is beautiful with the tiny roses.  The fabric is nicely faded and soft.

This is the oldest fabric of all and the colours are so beautiful.

I am thinking of covering a journal with the last fabric and padding it out.  Then embroidering a design on some vintage French linen and stitching it on....... What do you think?
