The stitch of the week is back. Last week I thought we would say hello to this month instead.
Having been back to New England and picking up my beautiful hand dyed threads again, with some different colours ( I can not stop looking at them and laying them out!!) I am really looking forward to getting back into the swing of embroidery again. This is a stitch that I had heard of but not ever stitched.
This is a great tutorial again from the talented Mary Corbett and I will be giving this a go on my ever growing scrap of practice linen. I hope you enjoy it. Give it a go. It is a little like a French Knot but different some how.... what do you think?
