If you are going to a vintage fair give it a go, no need to go to a hairdressers to achieve this at all.
I have tried it and it works, you do need hairspray though if you have silky hair.
I am looking for the right outfit now to go with this look.
Well off to my stitching and I think I might play some Glen Miller whilst stitching today..... I am strangely in another era today......
